Project Description
This was a specialty design project. The project converted an existing building into a state-of-the-art aquatic facility with a salt water pool filtration system. The construction design process included demolition of existing walls/ceilings to create a new layout, adding new structural columns and new interior finishes throughout the space. The project also involved reworking the existing electrical and HVAC systems with a hi-tech humidification system to maintain a climate controlled 90-degree facility.
