Major Retail development directly off the 210 freeway, this project consisted of bringing in main infrastructure utilities including main water lines, SCE power, sewer, and storm drain all to service new development. 5 buildings total for retail/restaurant purposes including a new 30,000 SF Sprouts at the sites Anchor location. Complete reconstruction of Highland Ave. with new street signals and intersection.
