Project consisted of two concrete tilt-up buildings. Building A: 2 Story Concrete Tilt Up Medical Office Building, this building is a Medical Oncology Facility with (2) Concrete Linear Accelerator Vaults. Building Tenant Improvements for City of Hope consisted of providing a state licensed OSHPD 3 HOPD Facility that included 2 linear Accelerator Vaults, CT, PET/CT, Lab and Pharmacy Areas. Building B: 2 Story Concrete Tilt Up Medical Office Building to be used for Multiple Medical Office Tenants. Site work consisted of new on-site improvements, including a healing garden area for the Colt TI, as well as extensive rework and expansions of 6th Street, Sheridan and Belle Ave. Offsite work also consisted of removal work of TI street.
