Multi-Building Masonry & Plaster Self Storage Facility – Phase 1 & 2.

Challenge:
This project was built is in two phases because of Client concern about product absorption. In addition, this Developer was interested in keeping phasing costs to a minimum.

Notable Fact:
Pacific Construction Group came up with a phasing plan that allowed for completion of the Phase II foundation and slab work that would require a minimum amount of retrofit work for the Phase II building. In addition, the Developer was able to utilize this phase II area for RV parking in the short term.
