This project was constructed immediately adjacent to a heavily traveled section of railroad in addition to SCE high transmission power lines which created some extraordinary safety and coordination challenges.
Notable Fact:
Selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the “Best Small New Construction” project in 2008 (Koll Development Company).
