Challenge:
This project was built at the base of two significant (up to 80’ in height) slopes where careful attention was needed for grading operations and retaining wall work.
Notable Fact:
This project combined three distinct product types: R & D, Multi-Tenant Industrial and 100% Office in a single phase 15 building development located in San Clemente, CA.
