8 Two-Story Office Condos.
This was a negotiated construction contract with a small Orange County developer. The client relied on PCG for value engineering and the complete management of all construction related issues starting from the initial design. PCG worked closely with the architect to develop a final project design.
This was a “for sale” project and PCG was closely involved with the developer in moving each of the various purchasers through the escrow process. PCG built out the majority of the tenant improvement space for the buyers and was truly an asset to the developer in bringing the project to a successful closeout.
