Two-Story Concrete Tilt-Up Office Building.
This project was the first of this client’s development portfolio. PCG helped him select the architect and the civil engineer for the project and assisted him with the construction budgeting from its inception. PCG negotiated an “open book” contract for the construction and finished the project under budget and ahead of schedule.
As a result of our performance on the shell and site work, PCG was able to secure all of the tenant improvement contract.
