This project was purchased by a developer with plans completed and permits ready to issue. PCG was selected by the buyer to review the existing plans and subcontractor bids for accuracy and reliability. PCG completed the project on an “open book” negotiated contract basis.
After commencement of construction, PCG was asked to revise the scope of work in a substantial way causing a significant disruption to the construction schedule and an impact on the construction budget. PCG was able to minimize the negative impact caused by the changes as a result of its project management expertise and solid subcontractor relationships.
